We are seeking an experience residentail land developer with proven track record for a 43 acre project lake front project in Stone Mountain GA. 

Land developer with be the sponsor to aquire and development the land to build 60-100 single family home. The sponsor must be able to provide 10% equity we cna bring 40% equity and cna arrnage the other 50% debt if needed.
