Looking to buy Lot Rent Mobile Home Park

My name is Harrison Freeman. My father and I are looking to buy a 25-75 space mobile home park. We are looking for a park that is on city water, has upside and at least 50%+ lot rent. Preferred location is in the Southeastern United States (MS, AR, AL, GA, SC, NC, TN, OK, TX).
