Interested in Purchasing Multi-Family in Hidalgo County, Texas

Hello All,

I am located in Mission, TX and looking for properties in the area (McAllen, Edinburg, Alton, Pharr, etc). I am mainly interested in a duplex, triplex, or fourplex but I would consider a Single Family flip and hold for the right price. I am inexperienced in RE investing but I am very serious about purchasing.

I am also looking for financing if anyones stumbles across this post.
