Most Bigger Pockets readers won't need too much explaining on the topic of private investments in real estate. If so, that's okay too, I have more information below. Today I'm reaching out to you to start a relationship or possible partnership and would like to invite you to test the waters with my team and me to create a higher yield on your capital. 

So we've got two strategies going on: Single Family Residential & Mid- to Large Size Multifamily

In the SFR we focus on seller financing and rent to own solutions where we often need quick, high yield fast payback capital, anywhere between three to 12-month payback.

On the Multifamily side, we are ramping up our activities to expand our portfolio to mid- and larger size multifamily apartment investments throughout the US and Europe. Make sure to sign up for one or both links if you'd like to get on our list and get access to our deal flow.
