Selling Riverwoods IL Home from Estate

Hey All,

We're currently going through the process of liquidating my father in law's estate and the last major hurdle is dealing with his primary residence.  We are real estate investors in Colorado but don't know much about the Chicago, and specifically Riverwoods/Deerfield area.  My father in law tried to sell the place two years ago which you can see from any listing information you might review.  We're much more motivated that he was.

The home is currently rented through the end of November and we can look to arrange for anyone interested to take a look after that time. We would likely need to coordinate with our family who are there locally and/or arrange a trip out to meet with folks. We're certainly open to other creative ideas aside from just a straight sale but we are definitely looking out for the interests of the estate as well. We'd love to put it into the good hands of the people of BP and let them either use it as a rental or flip. ARV's look like they are in the $550-600K range, possibly higher depending on what you do with it. There are definitely areas that need TLC but the location, lot, etc. are fantastic.
