Greetings!

I'm a General Contractor in the Dallas area, experienced in Residential/Commercial Remodeling & Repair. I partnered with a client this year on 2 successful fix & flip residential properties. My partner funded the deals, I managed the projects with a quality remodel while controlling costs. We split the profit (averaged 21% ROI). Both properties sold quickly, at above market value.

I would be interested in additional partnerships/financing to expand, and/or General Contracting on Remodel/Repair projects. I believe that the next couple months should be a good time to acquire properties, and have them completed for the Spring market.
