Jay do you guys do portfoilio loans on rental units have 10 properties consisting of 12 units fully rented with proof of cashflow and leases in rochester ny. Currently have a hard money loan of $105k across all comps and value are around $330k. Would like to refinance and pay off current lender as its a balloon payment coming due.
