D-Build Real Estate & Deconstruction Co. Newly formed with aged partnership(s) (Deconstruction Company,(D-Build) Affiliated Landscape Company (YardSmart), Sales Company (active Some Items we are selling)) Inclusive.
We are forming a 4th Company and Have capital partners for it *The Recovery Company (The Recovery Company) We may be able to include a few share of interest in it for a Full Capital Partner on this offering. It depends on what The Prospective Lender/Partner is seeking and offering?


We need $40,000.00 Now. Within 30 days to Close a 2 Unit College/Professional Rental that has ARV of $160-$180K, and We have the labor and materials to complete most, if not All,  of the $9,900.00 needed repairs ROC, and Licenses, Permits, Fees.

We are offering a Capital EQ Partner 50% ownership of D-Build Real Estate (and all other Companies, Current contracts, assets, and billing receivables) We even have a 10,000 SF Commercial Property that we hold option on and would include that Option in a Partnership!


Let us know the indemnity language you/your attorney wants inserted and you will be an equal owner. ** The Recover Company is not included in this offering, however, if it requires it, we will discuss possible shares in it.

We would prefer a partnership, as We are targeting several properties (Horse Farm @ $375,000) 60 Unit @$650K) and considering a Development on Close to 100 acres of Private Woodland ($1.5 Mil purhcase- $4.5 Mil Developed) and want to have a Capital Partner with whom we would have this Business relationship and established Trust to move forward on larger projects.

Why would we be offering 50% of all of our operating businesses, revenue, assets????
The answer is simple: We need a Partner to Develop the Company. There is Plenty of Money, here in this package/offering, however it will not be efficiently developed without a Good Partnership.
We have been in business long enough to understand needs for success.
We have Owned, Operated, Built, Developed, and Sold 22 Businesses over the Past 27 Years.
We both suffered Long-Term Illnesses. (Could not walk 5' even with a walker, Until Double-Hip Replacement Surgery) Heart Stents... Finally, it has been 1-2 years Fully-Recovered, and getting back to business.
We went Bankrupt over all of the Medical Bills, lost work, and other conditions (Dealing with a Corrupt City) $1.8 Million $$ Lawsuit Filing awaiting Settlement or hearing within 1 year. We do not "bank" on this.

It should be clear, though, Not Many Banks would consider finance of a Couple and Company which has just come out from a Filed Chapter 13 and is Reorganizing, and Now moving towards developing. Even the Revenue generated is not counted as It is Only established for 1-2 Years.

We are NO BS people. Open and Honest, to a Fault. We are seeking a partner, or group to partner with on All of this. We would hope for clear and honest communications and and equal candor.
Prospective partners can choose to limit themselves to this Transaction Only, If They do not want to have the other businesses included. We will discuss any terms.
