Seeking an Investor-friendly real estate agency

I am seeking to move my real estate license to an investor-friendly agency in Ocean County NJ, I only use it for obtaining access to the MLS to search for properties, and am not a retail agent. I am seeking some advice from anyone with any input or agency suggestions.
