In Search of a Hard Money Lender in Hampton Area

Can anyone recommend a hard money lender in the Hampton/Virginia Beach area.  I am looking to invest in the area and would like a local hard money lender.  I am looking to flip and buy and hold in the Hampton, Williamsburg, Newport News, Norfolk, and Virginia Beach areas.

    If you don't have any luck, let me know.  I have done a couple deals up there with a local guy who can get them closed quickly.
