investor friendly realtor around Cleburne tx

Hi, i'll be moving to the US within the next 2-3 months, and as i'll have no credit rating for a mortgage i need a realtorwith investor experience to be able to negotiate with a seller to do owner financing, a decent deposit for the deal is no problem BTW!
