6 duplexes (12 units) built in the 90’s in great neighborhood about 25 miles East of Kansas City in Grain Valley. Owner is wanting to retire. Five buildings are 2/1, one building is 3/1. Rents currently range from $600-$800 per month. Currently self managed with several month to month leases. There is definitely an opportunity to add value and increase rents (currently below market value). Vacancies are rare in this area and short lived when they occur.
