Seeking Investment Capital for MA flips, Good Returns!

Hi BP Community,

We are looking for private funding or an equity partner for two upcoming flips.  Please no hard money solicitations.  

If equity partner it would be funding of entire project, including rehab, and profits split 50/50 (typical funding range $200-500k per project)
Private funding would be in the range of $50-$150k with getting interest on the loan (rates tbd, depending on deal and size of loan).

Also any variation of the above is possible as well.  If interested, we can PM, email, or call for more details.
