Everyone is familiar with the desirability of Winnetka Heights in Historic Oak Cliff. 1612 sqft SFR 3/2/2 car detached garage with attached outbuilding that could be added value. Home sits on a corner lot and is in overall great shape. Roof is good. HVAC interior unit was being installed but needs finished along w/ duct work and exterior A/C unit. Original hardwoods in great shape. Will need to open it up a bit w/ some wall removal. Generally cosmetics through out. Master suite will be something that needs some love and some rearranging to get max benefit and value. Home is vacant and needs to close by Dec 28 2017. This date cannot be extended. You will have to pull permits as it is in historic area. Finally, I did not allot any money towards outbuilding but it come most certainly be worth something if someone decides to throw some money into it.
