Looking to Partner with Wholesaler, Investor or Mentee

I am a real-estate investor looking to partner with wholesalers and Investors sourcing deals in primary and secondary real-estate markets across the U.S. I work full-time in finance so the ideal partner would be interested in or already be working in real-estate full-time and have a track record of closed deals and looking to scale or for capital to execute on more transactions.

The properties of interest are as follows:

- Deeply-discounted single-family properties

- Significantly distressed multi-family assets that can use capital investment and provide a sizeable turn-around strategy in a 3-5 year exit

- Value-add with recession-proof elements such as mobile home parks and affordable housing

Capital is not required and compensation would be based on equity.
