Hey BP, I have investors looking for Multi Family Apartment Units, Commercial Buildings, & Portfolios in the Atlanta, Georgia & Chattanooga, TN areas. 

Multi Family Units- Please be ready to provide 2 years P/L, Rent Roll & Leases

Commercial Buildings- Preferably on corner lots. It doesn't necessarily have to be on the corner, just preferred.

Portfolios- Send info sheet on all units, specify occupied/vacant, & any recent repairs.
