Hello, I'm looking for a Chicago Area Real Estate Partner.

Someone local that understands the area well (I'm out of state).

Can be partners financially or work not, we can further discuss. 

I'm looking to buy a C-Class multi-family (I already have some properties / areas in mind). 

Just finished a 8-plex gutted out of state looking like a 2% deal (thought I had team I trusted on the ground).
