Looking for a Financial Partner in North Atlanta to renovate homes.

I am a licensed Realtor/Entrepreneur looking for a financial partner to buy, renovate, and sell distressed homes generally in the North Atlanta area. I would prefer a partner that would participate in the business, but I am just as capable managing projects on my own. I have experience and a unique skillset that would benefit anyone interested in “flipping” real estate. I have been approved to sit for the State of Georgia General Contractor’s license exam.
