You da man  !  keep it up....

fun to go through you stats and see how U end up.. I know how hard this business is from owner/broker side so kudos to you for sure.  not easy to do what you have done.

Awesome job James.  Its amazing how you run such a multifaceted business.

Thank you sir. I'm a stats junkie for sure. I get much more excited over watching the stats than the money. The money is awesome & all but it's really just a byproduct of the real prize which is building something unique.

awesome job !

Been following your business for a while now . Your market is a lot like mine . Been doing sales /management /construction as well .

Keep up the good work and making a name for the Midwest !

your real payday comes when you get about 10x bigger than you are now and one of the majors buys you out..

Buddy of mine owned the REMAX in PDX  back in late 90s got to 500 agents and sold for a cool 5 mil cash..

Ehhh, I think i'd get to bored if I sold. $5M after taxes & splitting with Holton isn't nearly enough money to keep me occupied.

Although I may be burned out dealing with the normal savagery of the Property Management Business by the time we hit 10x our current size. I may just wanna take the cash &  open up a little Piña colada shack on a beach somewhere, who knows. Time will tell.

@James Wise   that's what they all say.. but when that check is sitting there who knows.  either way great JOB

Yup both markets are very similar. Its a great place to be if you have the right perspective.

Most people are thinking we are in bad markets b/c commissions are lower due to lower median sales prices. Me I prefer our markets b/c most markets don't have a global buyer pool. Low barrier to entry markets like ours do. I'll take a larger buyer pool over higher prices any day.
