Looking for lender for 1st time investor in Indianapolis area

Hi all! 

I'm looking for a referral for a great lender in the Indianapolis area.  I am hoping to buy single family properties or small multi-families (4 units or less) and have about $30,000 available to put down (I have additional for renovations). 

Which lenders in the Indy area would you recommend?
