Need Financing in Utah for next property

Hello BP,

I'm looking for Financing or a Lender in the Utah Valley. I live in Midvale and just rehabbed my SFR into a Duplex and have renters now. I'm starting to pound pavement (Knocking doors) after work looking for new deals and consistently writing offers now for myself or to Wholesale. In the preparation I get a good one, I need a new lender (Private Money, possible Conventional or Hard Money if the Terms make sense) or PARTNER to work with to be prepared to Flip, BRRRR, or simply Wholesale too.
