Because of our proven track record, you must be coachable, willing to work and think outside of the box! This is a commission based, results-driven position with amazing bonuses. There are NO limits to your income; it's simple, BUY more with more profit... Make more! We train you to do just that. Self-motivation and desire to succeed are paramount!
Previous sales experience is required not necessarily real estate sales, but must be a professional salesperson. We will teach you everything else. We will be here to support and guide your every step!

BEFORE RESPONDING, KEEP IN MIND OUR OFFICE IS LOCATED IN SWANSBORO, NC. YOU WILL BE WORKING MOSTLY IN ONSLOW (primary), CARTERET, CRAVEN, PENDER, JONES, AND DUPLIN COUNTIES.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous sales experience is required not necessarily real estate sales, but must be a professional salesperson.
- Must be an Honest, Ethical person and have a strong desire to help families!
- Must have reliable transportation and valid Drivers License
- Must be coachable
- Must have a competitive mindset that does not take "No" for an answer
- Be able to think fast on your feet and “roll with the punches”
- Must have a positive & energetic attitude
- Must have a strong desire for personal & professional growth
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
