Awesome Deal in Kansas City! Looking for financial partner interested in equity split. Historical home in Westport in terrific neighborhood. We've got the deal, contractor, and listing agent all lined up. Looking at 3 month rehab and 50/50 profit split at the end. Minimal payout is 25k for funding the deal. PM me for more information.
