I need funding for a s/f property purchase. The opportunity is a great deal. The family needs the funds right away to settle an estate. Purchase price is $83000. The purchase needs to made before I can get my funds, which are in a whole life policy.  Hence the reason for looking for a lender. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.  Property valued at $142,000.
