*In USC, Shandon, Olympia, Rosewood, Avenues, West Vista, etc.
*From $50,000 to $350,000 (will go much higher for apartment buildings/complex)
*At least 1000 Square Feet
*In 29205, 29201, 29204, 29033, 29169 zip codes
*Within 3 miles of USC

Will also consider other properties in the midlands area (Richland or Lexington County) such as:

*Large or Small Mobile Home Parks
*Large apartment buildings (16 units +)
*Commercial property (retail / office / industrial) within ~3 miles of downtown
