Need loan for short term rental property in FL
My wife and I are evaluating a few short term rental properties in the Orlando, FL area and are looking to place an offer on one soon. The lender that we have used in the past only does conventional loans, and so they won't be any help to us on this transaction. We're looking for lender references to purchase a property around 150k that will be a short term rental property in a community that allows short term rentals. Would appreciate identification of some lenders that can do these types of loans, but not looking for hard money loans with high points and interest rates.
