- Conventional multifamily housing, with 5 + residential units. Mixed use subject to limitations.
- DSCR - 1.20x Minimum
- Non-recourse with standard carve-out provisions. Partial recourse and full recourse available.
- Minimum 90% occupancy of units for 90 days prior to underwriting
Flexible Loan Terms:
