Full Duplex in Dallas, Fully Tenanted--Value Add

This is a 2/1 880 sqft/side duplex in the Colonial subdivision in Dallas. This is a neighborhood which is beginning to transition--you can see the craftsman architecture and the rehabs on the street and in the neighborhood, but it's not "Bishop Arts" yet.
