Looking at a Real Estate Deal in Delaware for a 10 Unit Multifamily need a private lender. Looking to buy and hold the property so I need a long term lender.

I am a Realtor in SWFL, I will admit I am a newbie buy hunger and eager. There is a home I did an analysis on the that was previously listed for $257,500- 2936 sq ft, the current estimated value is $384,780 two story home located in a community,. May need some repairing not to exceed $20k. Home is now in pre-foreclosure. I would love to flip with house with a double closing. Please advise if would be able to assist with then or know of someone that can.
