9 unit mobile home apartments and a 2700 sq ft property

Good afternoon everybody. I have a property in Madison Fl, it is 9 mobile home apartments. 3 1 bed 1 bath and 6 2 bed 2 baths and also a 2700 sq ft commercial unit. Looking to sell for $299,900

At the moment it rents for $3000 a month with a 1 bed 1 bath empty and the big commercial unit empty. It was a day care in the past and has had a dcf inspection stating that it could be eligible for 35 children as of right now. Potential of $1000 rental or a business.
