Looking for private money to fund <50k SFRs in OH

looking for private/hard money to help fund my new BRRRR investments. Some bullet points on my projects are below. Looking for short term money to bridge the time period during 6 month seasoning period on conventional loans.

1) Currently own 1 property cash in OH. 

Purchase: 27,500

Rehab: 5-8,000

ARV: 55000+

2) looking to repeat this 6-8 times per year. Similar numbers for each project.
