$50,000 with 30% ROI in less than 4 mo. just outside Los Angeles

This property is another very quick and easy one. This property sits on the top of its own promontory with

270 degree unobstructed views. It had laid dormant for many years with half of the property done already.

Once we are finished with final plan check in 3 weeks, this property will be an amazing home with a pool,

cantina doors and high end finishings. This home should be on the market by May 1st.

Right now the project just needs $50,000 to cash flow to keep everything moving as we are having trouble

accessing draw funds. We have $195,000 allotted for draw funds, but as of now we have not been able to

access it and we have spent over $60,000 on the home. The $50,000 will provide the needed shot in the arm

to finish the job.

10% flat rate on your $50,000 investment. 60 days till rehab is completed. Another 60 days till sold. Projected money back in120 days or less with the full 10% return paid back upon resale. This is not a 10% Annum rate, this is a flat rate of 10%. When the home sells you will be paid back the $110,000. This is projected to be done in 120 days or 1/3 of the year or less. This will generate 10% ROI in 4 months so that equates to a 30% annualized ROI.

These opportunities are usually located in los angeles, orange county, southern California, palm springs, huntington beach, CA. This is not traditional financing or hard money or private money.
