• $190,000 buy price
• $25,000 remodel (ask about specifics)
• $270,000 ARV (baseline comps)

Current JV partner has money tied up in other projects with us in Fountain Hills and would like to be bought out. Our team would like to give another investor the opportunity to work with us or buy the deal for themselves. Already have funding in place so a partner would have to come up with about $50,000.
