3bd 2bth home coming on the market

I will be selling my investment property towards the end of April. I will be selling it for $170,000 as is or I will be doing some repairs in the range of $8,000 and will list it for $190,000 the 2nd week of May. I have it rented for $1,100 currently but my tenant will be out by April 15. It has been an excellent rental property for me but I have moved to Texas and would like to expand my portfolio here.
