Under Contract - Need a Chicago lender for quick approval

Hello Chicago area BP! My partner and I just got a great off market deal under contract in the Irving Park neighborhood from an estate sale. We are aiming to close 04/30/18. We need a lender who can give us a quick approval (10-12 days if possible). We both have great credit and all of our documentation lined up to provide. We aren't looking for a crazy high LTV or anything (can do 70-75%). Speed of approval is key. If anyone has any recommendations I would great appreciate it! Have a great weekend everyone!
