Looking for investor/builder for apartment in Portland, OR
We've got a parcel under contract ready for 18-19 unit apartment build in SW Portland. Looking to assign. Easements have been granted. (A set of plans have been completed. If used, they will need to be updated to fit current code). Anyone know of builders/investors in the area looking for a project like this? @Tarl Yarber @Kevin Bull

Do you know Tucker Merrihew? He is a builder there. He may know people as well. Or Jay Hendricks?
