What we do?

Shepherds LLC is a hard money transactional and new construction lending company. We provide private funding for real estate investors and wholesalers with 5, to 60-day loans.

How we do it?

We have partners that have invested capital into Shepherds LLC. Shepherds' uses the partner's capital to make loans and earn a return on the partners' invested capital. The partners are paid at the end of each year pro rata with their ownership interest in the company and the amount of income the company earns that year. Shepherds takes care of finding and executing transaction on behalf of the partners, keeping the partners informed, and preparing the annual tax reporting forms for each partner. We keep our overhead costs to a minimum.
