Hey Biggerpockets -

I am currently looking for licensed GC working on two rehab projects in Jersey. One is down in Palmyra (4 bed/2 bath) and the other is in Highland park(5Bed/3Bath), Middlesex.  Both projects have contract signed and funds are ready. Look to pull the trigger soon. 

I need an on-hand GC that I can take with me for the ongoing projects in the future. Most of the projects will be in Central Jersey and South Jersey.
