Funding/JV opportunity downtown Dayton Ohio condo redevelopment

Looking for at least $250,000 in funding to complete this project. Please contact me for current project progress pics, complete building plans, and budget. I have hard money committed to this but they are slow. We have $125k of our own money in this project. We are looking to spend another $200-$250k to complete this. I am open to possible JV's but prefer the investor to be satisfied with a mortgage and interest payments between 9-11%.
