Looking to Hire a Part Time Acquisitions Assistant in Atlanta
I'm looking to hire a part time acquisitions assistant. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to learn how to wholesale. I am currently looking for someone who is located in Atlanta.
The job description includes:
- Outbound calling
- Lead follow-up/tracking in our CRM system
- Maintaining calendar with appointments
- Speaking with motivated sellers on the phone
- Must be well-spoken and confident when speaking with people
Growth opportunities include:
- Evaluating properties and making offers
- Determining the maximum allowable offer (MAO)
- Going on in home appointments with motivated sellers
- Virtual wholesaling
This is a work from home position at 15-20 hours per week, must also be able to meet once a week. Real estate experience is a plus but not necessary as I am willing to train the right person. Pay will be hourly plus commission on closed deals. Please email me if you are interested.
