60K for the House and $60K for the Commercial Building, easy Comps to $445K.

Absolutely the best deal we have come across this year. A 3/1 that needs $22K that will easily comp to $145 and rent for $1200. for $60,000

On the Same lot zoned C08 a 1200 Sqft Commercial Building zoned for Warehouse and office with Fenced Yard space which is GOLD now in the Coachella Valley. At a stop light with Major commercial Frontage. Was previously a mattress store. Comps to $325K (84119 Indio Blvd as an example) would rent for $1500-$1800.
