10% Partner wanted for flip deal in Tampa

My partner and I are getting ready to close on a flip opportunity in the Tampa market.  He's on a bit of a cash crunch, so we're bringing in a partner to help fill the gap.  We're looking for someone to participate at about a 10% level, which would require approximately 8-10k in cash.  This would cover all of your up front costs, plus the estimated six months of carrying costs. The remainder of the project cost is being covered by our cash, and financing through a hard lender.  I can provide full detail to qualified investors who have a serious interest.
