After an extensive renovation this gorgeous property was staged and on the market! Feedback was coming in great. The only negative feedback was lack of a garage. Here is the link from the mls.

THEN IT HAPPENED!!! Vandals broke in and stole the staging equipment, appliances, furnace, toilets, doors and amazingly they cut out the brand new carpeting in the master bedroom! Unfortunately the seller didn’t have insurance coverage to pay for the damages so now is forced to sell at a bargain price to a new investor!
