Partnership opportunity for a new multi-family development
Later this year, a partnership I'm putting together will be moving forward on a new townhome development in the Tampa market. This is a big project, and there might be room to bring in some additional partners. I thought I'd put a feeler out here to see if there were any investers interested in getting into an opportunity like this.
