10% flat rate on your $50,000 investment. 30 days till rehab is completed. Another 60 days till sold. Projected money back in 90 days with the full 10% return. This is not a 10% Annum rate, this is a flat rate of 10%. When the home sells you will be paid back the $55,000. This is projected to be done in 90 days or 1/4 of the year. This will generate 10% ROI in 3 months so that equates to a 40% annualized ROI.
