We just opened our second Non-performing Note Fund to Accredited Investors. We are offering a Preferred Return and Profit Split to the investor. Minimum investment: $50,000 (5 units). The Fund will be open to investors until December 1st, 2018, unless we can close it earlier. We will then purchase one or more pools of first position, non-performing notes backed by residential real estate at a discount from sellers that we have close trading relationships with. We will liquidate at higher prices to realize  profits. Proceeds will be used to pay start up and ongoing costs, then go to paying the investors their initial capital back first. The preferred returns get paid and finally the rest gets split up as profit.
