Seeking rehab funding
Hi, my partner and I currently have 27 doors in the Greater-Cleveland area. We have a 9 unit Commercial property in Medina that we are looking for help funding the rehab. This is a fantastic property that will cash-flow like crazy as soon as it is completed! We can give 20% returns, as well bring you on as a third in ownership. We are looking to expand by leaps and bounds, and would love to provide you mailbox money! We just need help with rehab costs and already have a construction company in place.
