This house is an investors' dream. The city replaced all the gas lines in the past two weeks and it has passed inspection. Additionally, it has a new garage door and motor, new sprinkler system, new electrical panel, new water heater and new HVAC. The only big-ticket item that needs any attention is the roof, which needs some repairs but is generally speaking in good shape and does not need to be replaced. The foundation walks flat and there are no cracks, inside or out. All this house needs is some cosmetic love to its already perfect floor plan/layout!
