Glenn Heights, Desoto, Lancaster area fix and flip or rent
Great flip/Rental opportunity in Glenn Heights. House has great bones. I believe you could rent it out as-is, there was only one rental comp in the adjacent neighborhood for $3,000/Month, I believe you could get $2,300+. Didn't really notice any foundation issues, but will have a bid shortly. None of the comps are really updated at all, most are original with some minor bath/kitchen updates that appear to be done by the home owner. I based our NPO conservatively at $122/sq ft and believe you could achieve higher based on the finish out. You do not need to go overboard with this one.
