Connecting w/ Commercial Brokers in Western NC - Multifamily

Hey BP,

I'm trying to connect with commercial brokers specializing in multifamily in Western NC between Asheville, Gastonia and Lenoir. Specifically those who are connected in and have listings in the following North Carolina Counties - Lincoln, Gaston, Cleveland, Catawba, Madison, Polk, McDowell and Buncombe.

My focus at the moment is specifically in acquiring a B/C multifamily complex of 8-30 units in the region between Gastonia, Asheville and Lenoir. The asset ideally has some value add component (light rehab, raising rents, etc) but I'm not looking to undertake major rehabs, refurbishment or repositioning. From a pricing standpoint, I'm looking for an 8-10 CAP.

A serious limitation I have is not being able to meet physically to take folks out to lunch and network since I'm living abroad. Searching on LoopNet for brokers results in a list too huge to manage.

What I've done so far:

• Searched LoopNet and contacted all the brokers who have listings similar to what I'm looking for
• Tried to look up realtors on the NC Realtors page but I can't get in, appears to have an Geo IP block.
• Googled "best commercial multifamily broker XXX county" - isn't really getting me anywhere
• Used the BP Member search function (it's rubbish) without success - https://www.biggerpockets.com/search/users?utf8=✓&...

Can anyone connect me with a couple brokers in these areas or suggest some folks I could contact? If you have another way to suggest I find the contacts on my own, I'd like to hear from you as well.
